摘要
通过回顾区域创新体系研究的渊源、分析区域创新体系的定义、生成机制及特点,明确指出了区域创新体系概念的要害是在一个区域内区域创新体系的参与主体之间存在频繁的互动和知识流动;归纳出了产业集群是形成区域创新体系的重要模式,区域专有因素的形成促成区域创新体系,区域创新体系形成的主要源泉是当地化的学习和隐喻诀窍的分享机制。
By reviewing the research origin of Regional Innovation System and analyzing the definition,formation maehanism and feature of Regional Innovation System, this article distinctly points out：the essence of RIS concept is that frequent interaction and knowledge flow exist among RIS participators;enterprise cluster is the primary mode of RIS formation;the development of regional exclusive factor promotes RIS;the major source of RIS is the share machanism of local learning and implied knowiedge.
