摘要
文化的冲突与融合一直是生活在东西方两种异质文化,即美国“主流”文化和民族“边缘”文化中的美国华裔作家们体验最为强烈,也最为关注的问题之一。美国华裔女作家谭恩美通过其第二部作品《灶神之妻》对中国母亲形象的刻画,将具有东方传统特征的“母亲”与深受西方文化浸润的“女儿”之间的矛盾,艺术地提升到东西方文化冲突的层面上来,体现其所倡导的“继承母文化,吸纳新文化,东西方文化必然走向融合的文化‘大同’趋势”。
Conflict anti integration of culture is one of questions that be mestly concerned and experienced strongest by Chinese writers of U. S. A. in mainstream culture of U. S. A. and edge culture of nationality, who live in two kinds of heterogeneous culture of east and west all the time. Through portraying Chinese mother' s image in the Kitchan God' s Wife of her second work, Chinese authoress of U. S. A. Tan EnMei made the contradiction between mother who have the eastern traditianal characteristic and daughter who is soaked by western culture be upgraded the aspect of the cultural confiet between east and west artistically, reflectedinheriting mother' s culture., absorbing new culture that be. advocated by her, the treed of great harmony of culture that the culture of east and west must move towards integration.
