摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ技术对云南产鸭跖草科分属于３个族１０个属的１３种植物中的２０－羟基蜕皮甾酮进行分析，结果表明２０－羟基蜕皮甾酮广泛存在于已分析的该科植物中，但含量除露水草外均甚微，不具有化学分类学的意义。２０－羟基蜕皮甾酮在不同产地和不同生长季节的露水草中的含量变化，则与蝶类昆虫的活动显示有一定的相关性。
A quantitative analysis of 20-hydroxyecdysone was carried out by HPLC for Cyanotis arachnoidea and 13 other species of Commeliaceae, which were distributed in Yunnan and belonged to three tribes and ten gerena. The results showed that most species contained 20-hydroxyecdysone in trace, so it did not have any chemotaxonomic importance to Family Commeliaceae. The dynamic variation of 20-hydroxyecdysone in different collecting places and seasons of C. arachnoidea was also analysed. It is noticed that the content variation of 20-hydroxycdysone in both overground and underground parts of the annual planting of C. arachnoidea are interrelated with thatof the visit by butterflies.
