摘要
在简述现有的电力电缆绝缘监测方法的基础上,提出了一种基于模型参数识别的电力电缆绝缘在线监测的新方法,对10 kV电力电缆每条线路的每一相分别建立数学模型,基于模型参数识别方法建立以线路参数为未知量的微分方程,利用实时采集到的电压、电流求解最小二乘意义下的模型参数估计值,依据得到的电缆线路对地绝缘电阻值,从而判断电缆的绝缘水平。经EMTP仿真结果验证,该方法正确、可靠,并且可以和馈线保护合为一体,满足自动化的要求。
Based on the existing electric cable on-line insulation monitoring method of lOkV electric power cables, this paper proposes a new approach to on-line insulation monitoring for electric power cables based on the model parameter identification method, and establishes mathematical model to every phase of each cable line. It establishes corresponding differential equation on unknown variable of cables line parameters as well. The model parameter estimation of least square can he solved by the voltage and the current of realtime gathered. According to the line insulation resistance value to the ground, the electric power cables'insulation level can be judged. This principle has been verified via an EMTP simulator, and it is correct and reliable, in particular, it can be combined with the feeder protection to meet the requirement for automation.
