摘要
文章在概述读者满意度理论和数据挖掘技术的基础上,建立了图书馆读者满意度模型,并阐述了提高读者满意度的策略。
Based on the theory of satisfaction degree from the readers and the tapping technology of data, the article expounds the establishment of the model satisfaction degree from the readers and practical measures to raise the satisfaction degree from the readers.
