摘要
针对滚动转子式压缩机在采用主轴承定位技术后,仍存在制冷剂泄露量较大的问题,根据主轴承的结构特性,分析了可能引起排气口变形的几种原因,运用ANSYS软件对压缩机工作过程中,主轴承在流体压力的作用下,排气口处的变形量进行理论计算和分析.
The causes of large amount of leaked refrigerant during rolling rotor compressor Is refrigerating process are analysed. Based on the causes', the distortion in different places of three points jointing exhausting jaws is calculated theoretically. According to the calculated results, the causes of distortion influenced by different jointing points can be understood.
