摘要
本文在回顾世界石油工业发展阶段及投资变化,分析影响石油工业投资因素,预测我国石油公司投资趋势以及世界石油工业未来的基础上,对周边国家、拉丁美洲、非洲、中东、欧美等国家及地区油气资源分布的数量和特点进行了介绍,并从政治、经济、历史的角度对其吸收石油工业投资的能力及潜力进行了分析与预测。
This article has reviewed the developing stages of world oil industry and its changes in investment, analyzed the factors which have been affecting the investment of world oil investment,predicted the investment tendency of oil companies in our country and the future of world oil industry,introduced the distribution features of oil & gas resources in neighbouring countries,Latin American countries,African countries,Middle East countries,European & North American countries.This article has also analyzed and predicted the above countries abilities and potentialities of taking in investment for oil industry from the angles of politics,economy and history.
