摘要
目的评价胃镜下注射组织黏合剂治疗胃底静脉曲张疗效。方法对30例胃底静脉曲张出血患者注射组织黏合剂治疗并进行随访分析。注射步骤：Lipiodol充填注射针→快速注入组织胶→Lipiodoll～2ml快速注射→拔针、完成注射：每点注射组织胶2ml，每次注射1～3点。结果急诊注射2例，止血成功2例，成功率100％．择期治疗28例。随访3～52个月，平均随访15个月，复发出血7例（23．3％）。结论经胃镜组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张是一种简便、安全、有效的止血方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic histoacryl injection in the treatment of gastric fundus varices. Methods Thrity patients with esophagogastric variees bleeding undergone endoscopic histoacryl injection were followed up and analyzed. Injecting procedure：the injector was force-filled with lipiodol→the histoacryl was injected quickly→after 1 - 2ml Lipiodol was injected quickly, the injection could be finished, the histoacryl was injected as much as 2ml/point and 1 -3point/time. Results All 2 emergency injection stopped bleeding successfully（achievement ratio 100%）. 28 cases were undergone time-chosen treatment and followed up 3 - 52 month（ 15 month averagely） , among them 7 recurred bleeding（ recurrent ratio 23.3 % ） . Conclusion for treatment of gastric varices, endoscopic histoacryl injection is a convenient, safe and efficient haemostasis.
