摘要 采用硝酸盐热分解法合成了CaLa1-xAl3O7?xEu3+(0≤x≤1)粉末样品,研究了其在紫外和真空紫外激发下的发光特性及Eu3+掺杂量对CaLa1-xAl3O7?xEu3+发光强度的影响。XRD分析结果表明,当0≤x≤1时体系都能形成很好的单相。在254nm紫外(UV)激发下,其发射光谱由位于550nm^710nm几条锐线发射峰组成,以616nm处发射为主,当x=0.2时发射强度最高。在147nm真空紫外(VUV)激发下,CaLa1-xAl3O7?xEu3+的发射光谱峰形与254nm(UV)激发下一致,当x=0.2时发射强度最高,但是强度较254nm(UV)激发下弱,表明UV和VUV激发下荧光体的发光机理不同。 CaLa1-xAl3O7:xEu^3+ (0≤x≤1)phosphors were synthesized by nitrate pyrogenation reaction and their luminescence properties were investigated. XRD results showed that in the range of 0≤x≤ 1, CaLa1-xAl3O7:xEu^3+ were formed as good single phase, indicating no change occurred in its crystal structure. Under 254 nm UV excitation, the CaLa1-xAl3O7:xEu^3+ phosphor exhibited the well-known Eu^3+ emission, which made up of several sharp lines dominated by 616nm, and its 616nm (^5D0→^7F2) emission intensity reached its maximum at x=0.2. Under 147 nm excitation, its emission spectra was consistent with that of 254 nm UV excitation, and reached its maximum at x=0.2, but its emission intensity was much weaker than that of 254 nm UV excitation, which implied that the luminescent mechanism under UV excitation was different from that under 147 nm VUV excitation.
