摘要
两岸由于复杂原因,“政治冷,经济热”,民进党的两岸经贸政策受到各方关注。民进党两岸经贸政策的规划和调整是以服务于“台独”为出发点,但在不同时期,策略选择不同。民进党当局两岸经贸政策的调整过程、战略目标及其效果总是与一定的政治背景有直接关系,充满台湾当局政治诉求与业者利益考量之间的矛盾。
Due to complex cross-strait situation, the trade and economic exchanges are frequent between China's Mainland and Taiwan in contrast to the rare political talks. Consequently, the cross-strait trade and economic policy by Taiwan DPP Administration gains much attention from all sides. Although the DPP plans and adjusts the trade policy with ＂Taiwan Independence＂ as the starting point, it has various strategies in different periods. This thesis mainly deals with the process of adjusting the cross-strait trade and economic policy by the DPP Administration, and its strategic objective and the following results.
