摘要
水资源是影响人类社会生存和发展的重要因素,水资源缺乏直接影响区域的稳定和可持续发展.首先从水资源支持区域可持续发展理论入手,分析了水资源对区域经济总量的影响,继而阐述了区域水资源开发利用的阶段性模式,最后提出了不同水资源情景下进行区域可持续发展决策分析的框架,并以太原市为例进行了应用分析.
Water resources is an important influencing factor in the social survival and its development. If water resources is deficient ,the region will not remain stable and continuable. The paper first starts with the theory of water resources support to the regional continuable development to analyse the influence of the water resources for the whole regional economy ,then explains the stage mode for the exploitation and use of the water resources, Finally, it puts forward the frame of regional continuable development based on the different water resources status, and applys this method to the Taiyuan city for analysis.
