摘要 SARS冠状病毒是一种新的冠状病毒,已经被确定为引起SARS即非典型肺炎的病原体.本文提出了一种基于密码子使用模式的冠状病毒亲缘关系研究方法.即是选择冠状病毒基因组中RdRp基因的密码子使用率代表该病毒,来计算物种之间的进化距离,并以此构建了冠状病毒亲缘树.而在单独分析SARS冠状病毒和类SARS冠状病毒的亲缘关系时,我们用这些病毒基因组全部基因序列的密码子使用率代表该物种,来计算它们之间的进化距离,构建了只包含源自于不同时期不同病原体的SARS冠状病毒和类SARS冠状病毒的亲缘树.以上两项工作基本上反映了SARS冠状病毒与原有冠状病毒之间的亲缘关系,同时也揭示了SARS冠状病毒自身的进化过程. SARS-CoV is a novel coronavirus, which has been identified as the cause of the outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). In this paper, we presented a new approach based on the codon usage rates to analyze the phylogenetie relateionof We made use of the codon usage rates derived from coronavlrus RdRp genes to represent the vims, and with this method figured out the revolutionary distance of every two coronaviruses. With codon usage rates derived from all coding sequences of comnavirus to represent a genome, we also analyzed the relateion between SARS-CoVs and SARS-CoV-likes, which we from different hosts and different periods. The two results were both available, which not only reflected the relatedness of SARS-CoV and other coronaviruses but also opened out the revolution process of SARS-CoVs.
