摘要
针对内燃机对称布置活塞与偏置布置活塞两种曲柄滑块机构建立了运动学与动力学数学模型,给出了用MATLAB数学软件进行计算和仿真的结果,分析对比了这两种曲柄滑块机构的动力学和运动学特性.计算和仿真结果表明,活塞偏置布置和增大活塞偏置距离有利于改善内燃机的动态性能.
Aimed at the symmetric and offset crank-slide mechanism in combustion engines, mathematic model of their kinematics and dynamics were set up, calculation and simulation results were given by using software MATLAB. Based on these, the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the two type of symmetric and offset crank-slide mechanism were compared. It was shown by the results of calculation and simulation that piston offsetting and increase of its offset distance could improve dynamic characteristics of combustion engine.
