摘要
由于对保护水资源认识不足、执法不严及有关的立法不到位等,我国地下水资源污染情况非常严重,给城市居民的生产和生活带来了巨大危害.为此,应合理安排农业灌溉,加大污水处理力度,搞好综合规划,严格执法,加强水资源保护教育,加强水环境监测,建立区域性防护体系,以实现城市地下水资源的可持续利用.
Owing to inadequate warnings and deficient law protections, China＇s underground water has been seriously polluted, which has done a great harm to the industry and daily life of the urban residents. In order to solve this problem, we should give more publicity about water protection and more strict law enforcement. Also complete administrative planning should be made and monitoring of the environment should be intensified. Moreover, we should take more measures to the disposal of polluted water and give more scientific arrangement for the agriculture irrigation. Thus, we can achieve our strategic aims to the ever- use of the underground water.
