摘要
针对进修医生培养过程中的一些问题,应严格进修生筛选、引导进修生对该专业的正确认识、加强系统性训练等,以提高进修生的培养质量。
Aiming at some problems existing in the cultivation of advanced studying doctors,we think that strict selection should be made to guide advanced studying doctors to have correct understanding of their specialty and systemic training to improve the training quality.
