摘要
许多城市开展了地下管线探测工程,但管线探测成果质量检验与质量评定的方法却相对滞后。当前,城市地下管线探测工程的质量管理通常采用工程监理制及专家评审制。本文采用的城市地下管线探测工程质量抽样检验方法是上述两种方法的有益补充。本文结合实践分析了地下管线探测成果的质量特性和权重的划分,提出了城市地下管线探测工程的质量检验与质量评定方法。
Works for detecting and surveying underground pipelines and cables have been carried out in many cities, but the relevant specifications for quality inspection, acceptance and assessment of the products are still in need of renew. Now, the usual methods of quality control and management for those works have two ways, i. e. supervisory system and expert＇s appraisal. The method of quality spot check presented here is a kind of helpful way. Based on practice, the quality＇s property and its weight for maps of pipelines and cables are analyzed, and a method for quality inspection, acceptance and assessment of urban underground pipelines detecting and surveying also introduced.
