摘要
采用水合肼作为还原剂,氯化镍作为原料,在水和乙醇混合介质中.通过化学还原法制备了单分散性的金属镍纳米粉。x射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,所制的样品是纯的镍纳米粉,没有其它杂相存在。透射电子显微镜(TEM)的照片清晰地显示所制的镍纳米粉直径均在10-40nm范围内,选区电子衍射(SAED)的结果表明所得镍纳米粉体为多晶。同时,对其反应机理和影响因素进行了探讨。
Mono-dispersive nickel nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction method at the mixture media of distilled water and absolute alcohol using hydrazimum hydroxide as reductant, NiCl2·6H20 as starting material. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the as-prepared samples are pure nickel without any other impurity. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images clearly show that the diameter of as-synthesized samples is in the range of 10-40 nm. The selected area electron diffraction (SAED) patterns reveal that the samples are poly- crystallinity. At the same time, the reaction mechanism and influence factors were investigated.
