摘要
介绍了温室控制系统中的温度控制子系统、灌溉控制子系统的功能实现及软件设计。利用计算机的串行传输将控制值传入CPM2AE-60CDR-APLC控制系统工作;同时,利用CPM2AE-60CDR-APLC的扩展模块CPM1A-MAD02-CH将传感器的输出信号进行数模转换,PLC实时处理数据并发送指令调控温室内的温度和光照。该系统中各个子系统相互独立,互不影响。其功能块集成度高,性能可靠,工作稳定。实践证明,该系统能够实现温室的自动化控制,提高了温室管理的水平,降低了温室的成本,充分发挥了温室农业的高效性。
In this paper, the function realizing and the software design of temperature control subsystem, irrigation control subsystem of greenhouse control system were emphatically introduced. The serial transmission of the computer was employed to control this system by transferring control data to CPM2AE-60CDR-A PLC; the extension module CPMIA-MAD02-CH of CPM2AE-60CDR-A PLC was employed to convert the input analog signals of the sensor to digital signals, the data was processed by PLC, and the instruction was sent to adjust the temperature and the illumination of greenhouse. Each of the subsystem is independence and does not impact relatively. The degree of integration of the function module is high, and its working function was stable and reliable. This system realize the automatic control of greenhouse, cloud advance the level of greenhouse management ,reduce the cost, and improve the efficiency of agriculture nroduction to the full.
