摘要
螺杆钻具止推轴承受力计算分两种工况进行,一是钻头离开井底循环钻井液时,轴承受轴向力TL为转子、万向轴、传动轴和钻头在钻井液中的总重力与传动轴总成受压差力及空转时马达压降产生的轴向水马力之和;二是在加压钻进时,其轴承所受轴向为TZ=W+Q+F-Bo若TZ为正值,轴承受力由上而下;着TZ为负值,轴承受力由下而上;若TZ为零,轴承寿命最高,此时钻压为合理钻压。在实际钻进时,根据地层条件,可得出轴承不受轴向力的合理钻压。
The forces on the thrust bearing of a srew drill are calculated under two different conditions: 1.when the bit departs from hole hattom and the drilling fluid is in circulation, the axial force TL on the bearing consists of the total weight of rotor, tmiversal shaft, drive shall and bit in the drilling fluid (W); the differential pressure on the drive shaft assembly (Q); and the axial hydraulic load produced by the pressure drop of the idle running motor (FO). 2. when drilling under pressure is in progress,the axial force on the bearing TZ=W+Q+F-B, herein F is the axial hydraulic load produced by the working pressure drop of the motor and B is the weight on the bit. The force on the hearing will be downward if TZ is possitive or upward if TZ is negative. The life of the beating will be the longest if TZ is zero, and this means that the weight on the bit is optimal.
