摘要
Reform atsky试剂是一种应用较多的精细有机合成试剂,由于用该试剂比较容易进行Reform atsky反应,因而新的应用经常被开发。用该试剂进行Reform atsky反应可合成强效镇痛药“依那朵林”的中间体4-苯并呋喃乙酸,以及具有强心作用的“强心甾”等上佳的医药,也可合成很有应用价值的药物萜类化合物“甲瓦龙酸内酯”等。
Reformatsky is a kind of reagents more applied in fine organic synthesis. Because of the reagent used more easily in Reformatsky reaction, so new applications are often developed. 4 - Benzofuranacetic acid,a pharmaceutical intermediate compound of ＂enadoline＂ with powerful analgesic effect,can be synthesized by the reagent in Reformatsky reaction. And ＂cardenolide＂nedicine with strengthen the function of the heart, ＂mevalomic lactone＂ terpene compound with medicinal value can also be synthesized.
