摘要
目的描述安徽省7～22岁城乡男女学生腰围、臀围和腰臀比年龄特征，探讨儿童青少年腰围、臀围和腰臀比的性别和城乡差异。方法以参加安徽省2005年学生体质与健康调研的8450名7—22岁学生为研究对象，计算各个年龄组城乡男女学生腰围、臀围和腰臀比的百分位数、均数和标准差，通过两样本t检验分析各年龄组腰围，臀围和腰臀比的性别和城乡差异。结果城乡7—22岁男生及女生腰围、臀围和腰臀比随年龄变化总趋势一致，腰围和腰臀比男生大于女生。青春发育期女生臀围大于男生，农村青少年臀围的性别差异更为明显。各年龄组城乡男女学生中，城市男生腰围和腰臀比均最高。多数年龄组城市男生臀围明显高于农村（P（0．01或P〈0．05），城市女生腰围和臀围比农村稍高，城市男生腰臀比略高于农村，而农村女生的腰臀比较城市稍高。但腰臀比的城乡差异有统计学意义的年龄组较少。结论基于城乡不同性别和不同年龄组学生腰围、臀围和腰臀比的差异，建议制定全国统一的腰围和腰臀比参考值。
Objective To describe the distributions of waist circumference（WC）, hip circumference（HC） and waist-to-hip ratio（WHR） among students aged 7 to 22 years in Anhui province, and to explore the genders and area characteristics of the variables. Methods The sample included 8 450 students aged 7 to 22 years in Anhui who attended the Physical Fitness and Heath Surveillance of Chinese School Students, 2005. We calculated the centiles, mears and standards of waist circumference, hip circumference and waist-to-hip ratio by age, gender and areas. The genders variance and area variance of these variables were analyzed by using independent-samples t Test. Results The age characteristics of WC, HC and WHR were conformity between the two genders among students aged 7 to 22. The WC and WHR of male students were higher than females. The HC of girls was higher than boys during adolescence, especially in the rural adolescents. The WC and WHR of boys in urban students were the highest of every age group. The HC of urban boys were higher than rural amoag most age groups （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） and the WC and HC of urban girls were all higher than rural slightly. The WHR of urban boys were higher than rural boys. Although the WHR of rural girls was little higher than urban girls, the areas variance of WHR were statistically significant only among several age group. Conclusion For the gender and area difference of WC, HC and WHR, national references of WC and WHR should be developed.
