摘要
本文以我国石油行业为例,从理论和实证两方面研究产业规制,依次阐述了产业规制的含义及类型,我国石油产业的现状及进行产业规制的原因,以及如何合理的进行产业规制,并在第三部分重点分析了经济规制中的价格规制和社会规制中的环保规制。
This article, taking the petroleum profession in China as an example, studies the industrial rules and regulations from two aspects of the theory and the practice, elaborates the meaning and types of industrial rules and regulations, the present situation petroleum industry in China and the reasons of the industrial regulations, and how to reasonably carry out the industrial regulations. The price regulations of economical roles and the environmental protection regulations of social rules are analyzed and emphasized in the third section.
