摘要
探讨了架空光缆中松套管和护套产生伸缩的三种机理,即热回缩、热胀冷缩、残留应力。分析了引起两者伸缩的五种因素,即材料、工艺、光缆结构、环境温差、施工状况,并提出了预防两者伸缩的措施和解决办法。最后讨论了在不同温度下考察光缆构件伸缩的意义、光缆护套热收缩的指标要求以及松套管自由伸缩的规律。
The three formation mechanisms of expansion and shrinkage in aerial fiber optic cable's loose tube and jacket, which are thermal-shrinkage, heating expansion and cooling shrinkage and residual stress are discussed. The five factors inducing expansion and shrinkage, including materials, process, design of fiber optic cables, environment and construction, are analysed. Measures to prevent expansion and shrinkage arc proposed. The significance of knowing optical cable components' expansion and shrinkage under different temperatures, the requirement for cable jacket's thermal-shrinkage index, and the law of loose tubes' free expansion and shrinkage are also discussed.
