摘要
引入Dension企业文化模型,并对其进行改进,形成描述企业文化现状的9个维度。利用某进出口公司的样本数据进行实证分析,用因子分析法归纳出描述该公司企业文化现状的7个维度,通过均值比较法得出该公司的企业文化现状为外部灵活性较好,内部稳定性较差。建议该公司培育核心价值观,建立适合企业特点的企业文化,以优秀的文化留住人才。
The corporate culture model of Dension was introuduced and improved in this article,and nine dimensions was formed to describe the corporate culture status. Then we use the sample data of a xx import and export company for positive analysis,and factor analysis was used to conclude seven dimensions to describe the corporate culture status. Through mean comparison ,we can know the corporate culture status of the company: external flexibility is better than internal stability,providing scientific base for quantification management of corporate culture Finally ,we suggest that the company should form core value ,building corporate culture of its own characteristic, using excellent culture to retain person with ability.
