摘要
以一产品开发实例来阐述一种换向机构差速轮的原理,差速轮是利用轮之间直径差的原理在换向机构的作用下使得运动体具有往复运动的形式,重点分析差速轮的传动机理及应用。目前国内关于换向用的差速论论述的参考资料很少,故本文重点研究其传动机理。通过对其结构的分析给出结构最佳参数的理论与经验值。
This paper presented the theory of different velocity wheel for exchanging veer based on some product's Instance. Spider gear circulate mobile ,it is based on theory of some odds between diameters by commutation organ. Emphasis the transmassion mechanism and application. At present ,the reference datas which discusses about the Spider gear are very few, therefore this article studies its transmission mechanism with emphasis. Through analyzing structure, to give best parameter of the theory and the empirical value.
