An Analysis on Relationship between Conflict of Interests and Moral Judgements in Medical Activity

摘要 在医疗活动中，利益冲突不仅与经济密切相关，也与理想、安全、偏好、恐惧、竞争等因素有关。医生既是医疗职业者，同时也是社会的一员。医生应当如何处理工作中遇到的利益冲突，应当遵守怎样的道德准则，这些问题可以通过医患关系的不同类型的分析来解决。道德准则不是教条，医生应当根据不同的实际情况做出理性的选择和判断。 Doctor is both a medical worker and a member of society. How the doctors should handle conflicts of interest met in their work？ What ethics and moral standards should they observe？ These problems can be resolved by analysis of different types of doctor/patient relations. The moral standard is not a dogma, the doctors should do the rational choices and judgements according to the different and actual circumstance.
