本文阐述了高校图书馆与知识管理的关系,分析并提出了针对学生、教师应该分别采取编码化策略、人格化策略,论述了高校图书馆知识管理目标,主要包括知识管理发展、知识创新、知识组织管理、知识开发管理、知识传播管理、知识共享管理、知识应用管理和知识资源管理等目标内容。
This artide explains the relationship between libraries in university and the knowledge management, analyzes and presents a point that we should adopt codes strategy to students and personalization strategy to teachers, discusses the goal of the knowledge management in university libraries, including the development of knowledge management, knowledge innovation, knowledge management organizations, the expand of knowledge management, knowledge dissemination management, the sharing of knowledge management, knowledge applications management, knowledge resources management and so on.
