重组人表皮生长因子对宫颈高频电刀环切术后创面愈合的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察宫颈高频电刀环切术(LEEP术)后重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)凝胶对宫颈创面愈合的影响及安全性。方法将80例LEEP术后患者分为LEEP+rhEGF凝胶组和LEEP组。观察创面愈合情况及愈合时间,阴道流液、流血量及持续时间。结果LEEP+rhEGF凝胶组,创面愈合时间明显缩短,而且阴道流液量明显减少,持续时间缩短。结论rhEGF凝胶可明显促进LEEP术后宫颈创面的愈合。 Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) cream on the wound healing after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Methods All the 80 cases with LEEP were divided into the group of rhEGF + LEEP and the group of LEEP, and the period of the wound healing, the duration and the quantity of vaginal discharge were observed. Results In the group of LEEP + rhEGF, the period of the wound healing and the duration of vaginal discharge were shortened greatly, and the quantity of vaginal discharge was much less than that of the group of LEEP. Conclusion It is suggested that rhEGF cream can accelerate the wound healing of LEEP evidently.
