摘要
叙述了用三次设计方法对某异型件压制成型工艺进行的优化组合。以最大密度差作为望小输出特性,各工艺参数作为可控因素,采用L18(21×37)不完备正交表进行内设计。通过方差分析,确定高度显著、显著的工艺参数和优化工艺。对优化工艺进行了工程平均估计,计算了优化工艺的质量水平及收益。
This paper relates the optimized combination used in the forming processing technology of a special shaped charge by means of threefold design method. The incomplete orthogonal layout L 18 (2 1×3 7)is used to the design of entraits. The great significant and significant technology parameters and the optimized technology are defined by analysis of variance, An engineering average estimation is made for the optimized technology, and the quatily level and gains of the optimized technology are calculated. Last the results are verified be the tests.
