摘要
一些复杂的工业过程,既不容易建立数学模型,又具有多个输入输出变量.针对这类过程,提出一种实用的控制方法,即将复杂控制系统划分为多个子系统,子系统本身采用模糊控制,子系统之间采用传统控制,并将其应用于甜菜制糖渗出过程的微机控制系统中,实际运行取得了满意的效果.
Some complicated industrial processes are usually a MIMO process and the establishing of their mathematic model is also difficult. A method is presented for these industrial processes,in which a complicated control system is divided into several subsystems,the fuzzy control is used in each subsystem itself,and the tradition control is used between the subsystems. The method has been applied to the microcomputer control system for the soaking-out process in beet sugar refining and a satisfactory control result has been obtained in real production.
