摘要
为改善物理机械性能,将1%重量尼龙6纤维作为增强材料加入聚氨酯/环氧树脂互穿聚合物网络硬质泡沫塑料中.结果表明:添加少量尼龙6纤维可提高硬质泡沫塑料的压缩强度及150℃下的尺寸稳定性,且尼龙6纤维增强效应较纤维素纤维增强作用显著.
For the purpose of improving physico-mechanical properties of rigid foam, nylon 6 fibers were used as reinforcement for rigid foam interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) in one part-by-weight (pbw) of polyol. Results show that addition of low-weight nylon 6 fiber increases the compression strength and dimensional stability of the foam at 150℃. This shows that nylon 6fiber is superior to cellulose fiber.
