摘要
提出固定瓦推力轴承的结构改进措施,以克服惯性离心力的不良影响.建立封油边斜-平面瓦推力轴承的数学模型,经数值分析计算得出该推力轴承的最佳结构参数.阐明离心力轴承性能的影响,给出临界雷诺数,依此可判断离心力影响的大小.
The structure of the fixed pad thrust bearings is improved in order to reduce the negative consequences of the centrifugal action. the mathematical model of the tapered land thrust bearing with double seals is established, and the calculation shows that the optimum parameters.The effects of centrifugal forces on the thrust bearing performance are studied. A critical Reynolesnumbr is presented through which the degree of the centrifugal effects can be measured.
