摘要
优化车间生产调度的目的不仅仅是为了缩短生产周期,更重要的是为了提高生产效率,降低生产成本。采用改进的遗传算法结合神经网络,以生产周期和生产费用为双目标,实施调度优化。编排车间作业采用两种不同的调度方法,即满足关键工件交货期的倒排法和综合考虑生产周期和生产成本的顺排法———双向双目标调度的方法。调度的策略是在确保客户交货期要求的前提下,充分利用现有资源,缩短产品生产周期、降低企业生产成本,提高企业的市场竞争力。
The aim of job shop scheduling optimization is not only to reduce makespan, to improve production efficiency, but also to debase operating cost as a important factor. It is introduced that scheduling optimization with dual- objective of makespan and operating cost is implemented by a improved genetic algorithm combined with cerebella modal articulation controller in the paper. Two different job shop scheduling methods are adopted. One of them is backward algorithm, which ensures the necessary resources allocated to the critical jobs in time; The other is forward algorithm, which tends to allocate resources to reduce makespan and operating cost. The strategy of scheduling is taking full advantage of resources, reducing makespan, debasing operating cost, increasing competition force of enterprises under the precondition of ensuring to deliver the goods in time.
