摘要
描述了发电计划制定的重要性和传统方法的特点,在分析中期电网负荷对电站的需求和来水预报特性的基础上,提出了一种基于径流随机特性的水库中期逐日滚动发电计划的制定方法,其结果有利于水能利用率的提高。
The significance of power generation planning and the characteristics of traditional methods are described. After analysis of the load demand of a power grid for the hydropower stations and the characteristics of incoming water forecast, a method is proposed for daily rolling power generation planning, based on the randomness of runoff. The result can help to improve the utility ratio of water energy.
