摘要
用逆转录聚合酶链式反应方法,检测5尾来自广西某罗氏沼虾养殖场典型白肉病症状罗氏沼虾肌肉中的诺达病毒,结果是阳性5尾,占100%。该检测方法耗时短,特异性、实用性强,灵敏度高。
Nodavirus （MrNV） carried by Macrobrachium rosenbergii was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）, and five prawns （Macrobrachium rosenbergiiv ） with typical whitish muscle disease symptom from a Macrobrachium rosenbergiiv farm in Guangxi were collected as the tested samples, The results indicated that all of the samples were positive with 100%. This detection method has many advantages such as rapidness, specificity, strong practicability and high aensitivity.
