摘要
聚合酶链式反应(PCR)及建立在此之上的分子生物学技术用于体外扩增DNA,在生物学、医学及植物病理学等领域已经得到了广泛应用。PCR技术应用于植物病害的诊断检测,植物病原真菌、细菌、线虫的分类鉴定,克隆基因、鉴定抗病基因以及病原物的定量等方面,具有灵敏、特异、快速、简便等较好的效果,但PCR技术在植物病理学领域的应用仍存在一定的局限性。
The polymerase chain reaction(PCR), DNA amplification and molecular biology technology basing on PCR are widely used in biology, medicine and of plant pathology, etc. PCR is sensitive, specially, rapid and simple when used in the diagnosis and detection of plant disease, the classification and identification of plant pathogenic micro-organism fungi, bacteria and wireworm, and gene cloning, plant resistant genes identification and pathogen quantification, etc. , but the application of PCR technology in plant pathology is still limited.
