饥饿胁迫下凡纳滨对虾能源物质的消耗 被引量:6

Utilization of energy substances during starvation in Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 通过对饥饿2,4和6 d再恢复投喂12 d的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)体成分组成的分析,了解饥饿期间能源物质消耗的特点。饥饿状态下,凡纳滨对虾干物质、脂肪、碳水化合物质量分数和能值下降,灰分质量分数增加,蛋白质质量分数无明显变化;饥饿6 d,虾体脂肪消耗程度几乎达到其脂肪总质量分数的50%,蛋白质的消耗量仅占其蛋白质总质量分数的14.8%,但蛋白质消耗量是脂肪的5.5倍;恢复投喂12 d后,虾体生化组成均恢复到对照组水平。分析认为,在饥饿过程中,蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪三种能量物质均被消耗,其中脂肪是被优先利用的能源物质,而蛋白质是主要的供能物质。 The effects of starvation on biochemical composition in Litopenaeus vannarnei were examined with the aim to study how the shrimps utilize energy substances during starvation. Group S2, S4 and S5; of shrimps, which weighted at 5. 042 g± 0. 023 g and reared in seawater at the temperature of 28.3℃±1. 1℃, were deprived of food for 2, 4 and 6 days, respectively, and then fed formulated diet to satiation for 12 days. The control groups of shrimps were fed to satiation twice a day throughout the experiment. Compared to the control groups, contents of energy, dry matter, lipid and carbohydrate in the shrimps decreased, while the contents of ash increased significantly and the protein content did not significantly change in starved animals. During starvation of 6 days, almost 50% of lipid content and 14.8% of protein were consumed, however, the amount of protein utilized was 5.5 times that of lipid. After the starved shrimps were fed for 12 days, biochemical composition in their bodies could be similar to that in the control. The results suggested that during starvation, L. vannarnei gave priority to using lipid as energy source, hut the main energy substance was protein.
