石墨炉原子吸收法测定中草药中的硒 被引量:4

STUDIES ON THE DETERMINATION OF SELENIUM IN CHINESEMEDICINE INJECTION BY ZEEMAN GFAAS SPECTROMETRY

摘要 以Pd(NO3)2-Tritonx-100作为硒的基体改进剂,可使Se的灰化温度从400℃提高到1200℃,吸光度增加2.92倍.用Zeeman效应背景校正法,有效地克服了共存物Fe、P等的干扰.检出限为0.16ng,线性范围0.2~2.4ng,相关系数r为0. Pd(NO 3) 2 Triton x 100 was used as matrix modifier for the determination of selenium in traditional Chinese medicine injection.In this way the charring temperaturc can be incrcased by 400℃ up to 1200℃ and the absorbance can increase by 2.92 times.The interference of Fe P and other elements was reduced effectively by means of Zeeman effect background correction.The detection limit was 0.16 ng and the linear range was from 0.2~2.4 ng and r =0.993 1.
