摘要 通过喷雾造粒的方法制备液相烧结SiC陶瓷预混粉。实验考察了浆料制备及喷雾造粒工艺条件对粉料颗粒大小及其流动性的影响。分别以乙醇为溶剂,添加酚醛树脂、聚乙二醇(400)、油酸分别为粘结荆、增塑剂和润滑剂,制备出固相含量55%以上、粘度1400—1700MPa.s的浆料进行喷雾造粒。喷雾工艺条件为:进口温度100-110℃、出口温度75—80℃、压力0.06~0.08MPa、进料速度150—100ml/min。得到球形实心颗粒粉料,其松装密度O.88g/cm^,休止角33.5°,平均粒径50μm。谊粉具有良好的流动性及快速填充性,可直接用于干压成型。 SiC premix for liquid - phase sintering had been prepared by spray granulation. The influences of preparation technology of slurry and technological conditions of spray granulating technology on the particle size and flowing property of SiC pewders were investigated by experiments. The slurry, which had been made by ethanol as solvent, phenolic resin as binder, PVA (400) as plasticizer, and oleic acid as lubricant, of which solid content was more than 55%, viscosity was 1400 - 1700 MPa· s, was used for spray granulating. The optimums technological conditions of spray granulating are: feeding temperature of 100 - 110℃, output temperature of 75 - 80℃, feeding press of 0.06 -0.08 MPa, feeding speed of 150 ~ 100 ml/mln. In this condition, spherical granular powder with particle mean size of 50 μm, bulk density of 0.88 g/cm3 and rest angle of 33.5°can be achieved. This powder is of well flowing property and fast - packing property, and can be directly made into shape by dry compaction.
