摘要
人多地少是我国的基本国情,耕地逐年减少是每一个国人都应该关注的问题。本文主要从国有土地产权制度和集体土地产权制度两方面进行具体分析,指出耕地问题出现的根源主要是土地产权制度存在缺陷,并提出相应对策。
Many people and little land is our country＇ s fundamental realities of the country, and the problem of farmland reduction year by year is to be the puslic concern. This article mainly carries on the concrete analysis from the state-owned land property right system and the collective land property right system, then points out the reasons of farmland problem mainly lie in the flaw of land property right system, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
