摘要
通过对国外阻燃化技术途径和表征阻燃性标准的分析与对比,80年代初,煤炭系统从防范摩擦着火又兼顾抑制火灾蔓延出发,选择了开发聚氯乙烯整芯阻燃输送带的技术途径并制定了相应的规范与标准,后来又提出了钢丝绳芯阻燃输送带的安全规范.经过10余年考核,凡符合煤炭行业规范与标准的阻燃输送带(累计下井2000多万米),至今没有一例造成人员伤亡的事故,相反采用其它技术途径或其它标准的输送带已夺去300余名矿工的生命.
Based on investigation of technical approach and standard of fire resistant conveyor belt abroad, a technical approach for developing textile reinforced PVC fire resistant belt to prevent and control of mine fires induced by frictional sparks was chosen in early eighties and corresponding specifications and standards were also established in China. Later on, safety regulations about steel core fire resistant conveyor belt were proposed. The practical experience with using 20 million meters of such belt underground in the past more than ten years has proven that no injury or fatal accident have taken place where the specifications and standards of fire resistant conveyor belt are followed. On the contrary, by using other technical approach or standards have taken off lives of 300 or more. The experience and lessons have proved that the above mentioned decision is correct.
