摘要
测量了感应钎焊时强磁场干扰下的热电偶信号,并设计了相应的冷端补偿电路、信号放大和滤波电路。采用LabW indows/CVI开发了基于模糊控制算法的温度控制系统,进行了钎焊金刚石工具的试验,结果表明:该温控系统能实现预定的工艺曲线,控温精度高、适用范围广。
The signal of thermocouple under strong electromagnetic disturbance is measured;a signal conditioning circuit including cold-junction compensation, signal amplification and noise reduction is designed. A temperature control system based fuzzy-control is developed with LabWindows/CVI. Experiment of induction brazing diamond tool indicate the control system can work according to desired temperature program, and have characteristics of high control precision of temperature and a wide range of applications.
