摘要
从麦克斯韦方程组出发推导了圆形三电极贫化电炉熔池内电传导方程,提出了炉渣湍流导热系数概念和估算方法.运用这一方法可大大简化温度场的计算过程.作者还研制出圆柱坐标系下电炉熔池内电场、温度场解析程序,可迅速解出炉内电场。
Based on Maxwell′s theory of electromagnetic fields, the electrical conduction equation in slag is obtained. In order to simplify the mathematical calculation of temperature, the turbulent heat conductance coefficient is indicated and calculated. Finally, a software to produce the numerical solution of electric and temperature fields under cylindric coordinates is developed. By this software, the electric potential and temperature can be easily predicted.
