摘要
[目的]研究花芦胶囊对小鼠血液中乙醇质量浓度的降低作用.[方法]采用气相色谱法测定小鼠血液中的乙醇含量.[结果]花芦胶囊组小鼠饮酒后血液中乙醇质量浓度显著低于对照组,饮酒后60 min内血液中乙醇质量浓度低于芦荟干粉组.[结论]花芦胶囊及芦荟干粉均有明显解酒作用,而花芦胶囊的解酒作用在饮酒后60 min内明显强于芦荟干粉.
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Hualu capsules on ethanol content in whole blood of mice, METHODS The ethanol content in mice＇s blood was measured by gas chromatographic method. RESULTS The ethanol content in blood of mice in Hualu capsules group was decreased significantly than the control group, and it was also decreased significantly than the aloe powder group in 60 minutes. CONCLUSION The Hualu capsules and the aloe powder have observably anti-inebriation effects, and the effects of the Hualu capsule is better than aloe powder.
