子宫特殊亚型平滑肌瘤37例临床病理分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的：研究特殊亚型子宫平滑肌瘤的临床病理特点。方法：1998年1月～2004年12月病理诊断为子宫特殊亚型平滑肌瘤37例，就其大体标本、镜下特点、鉴别诊断及随访结果进行分析。结果：子宫特殊亚型平滑肌瘤的色泽、质地及镜下特点与普通平滑肌瘤明显不同，容易与子宫平滑肌肉瘤混淆。随访未见复发。结论：子宫特殊亚型平滑肌瘤诊断及鉴别诊断上仍存在一些问题，重视其镜下特点，综合考虑临床病理参数，疑难病例请求会诊是减少误诊的重要手段。
