摘要
本文讨论了复合钙钛矿型Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3中B位离子的有序程度同材料的介电损耗之间的关系。用X射线谱和Raman光谱研究了陶瓷烧结温度对Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3中B位离子的有序程度的影响。
Ba(Mg 1/3 Ta 2/3 )O 3 was prepared by calcining the mixture of BaCO 3,Ta 2O 5 and Mg 5(CO 3) 4(OH) 2 ·4H 2O.Degree of ordering in B site ions with respect to dielectric loss is discussed.The relation between the degree of ordering and sintering temperature was investigated with XRD and Raman spectroscopy.It is found that the degree of ordering in B site ions increases with the sintering temperature.
