从液氮洗尾气中回收CO再配入粗H_2,在等压下合成4万t/a甲醇,采用离心式循环机,设备技术先进,流程短、设备少、能耗低、投资省、效益高,可在9个大厂推广。
The 40kt/a methanol is synthesized under constant pressure by recovering CO in tail gas from liquid nitrogen washing section and then adding crude H_2.The process using centrifuge type recycling compressor is of the merit of advanced equipments and technology, short flowsheet,less equipment items,low energy consumption,invest saving and high profit,it can be realized in 9 large scale ammonia plants.
