摘要
采用三种升温速率,TPR方法研究了不同碳化条件下得到的八个煤焦样品的CO2气化动力学规律。用Freeman-Carrol、Ozawa和Kissinger方法计算分别得到了动力学参数。结果表明:尽管由不同方法求得的活化能有较大差异,但都能较好地验证碳化条件对煤焦气化反应性的影响。研究还发现,对所有煤焦样品。用Freeman-Carrol方法计算得到的活化能E和指前因子A之间,都存在着动力学补偿效应。
CO 2 gasification kinetics of eight char samples were investigated at heating rates of 10, 20 and 40℃/min. We calculated the kinetic parameters using Freeman Carroll,Ozawa and Kissinger methods respectively.The results showed that,although there were differences among the kinetic parameters obtained by different methods,these parameters could reasonably interpret the effect of carbonization conditions on char gasification reactivity.The values of E and A for these reactions exhibited a compensation effect.
