CHOICE OF OCTANE NUMBER BLENDING MODELS FOR GASOLINE BASED ON FEEDSTOCK QUALITY

摘要 汽油调和组分对成品汽油辛烷值的影响效应十分复杂,与加工原油及参与调和的组分种类等密切相关,无法用统一的数学模型来描述。采用回归分析方法,对国内某炼油厂大量汽油调和试验进行了深入研究,得到各种汽油调和组分在参与不同标号的汽油调和时对辛烷值的影响效应,同时,结合对国内外常用辛烷值调和模型结构的分析,选取了适合于该炼油厂采用的汽油调和辛烷值模型。 The contribution of blend components to the octane number of blended gasoline are very complicated, which are related to resources of crude oil, categories of feedstock and so on, so there is no uniform octane number blending model being suitable to all gasoline blending in refineries. Plenty of gasoline blending experiments were carried out at certain refinery, China, and by regress analysis, blending showing octane number characters of some main and minor components in different gasoline grades were deduced. Based on the analytical results, a suitable model for predicting the octane number of blend gasoline was chosen after the structure analysis of some popular models.
