摘要
文章对淮河流域城东湖蓄洪区50多年的建设运用过程进行分析,提出了行蓄洪区建设必须坚持的原则、思路和措施。
This paper analyzes the operation and construction of Chengdong Flood-Storage District in the past fifty years, puts forward the principle, the thinking and the measure which must be insisted on in flood-storage district.
